HG anti-slip for rugs, carpet strips and mats is the solution for rugs, mats, and bath mats that could cause you to trip.
This unique formula makes the underside anti-slip, which means that rugs, carpet strips, and mats no longer slide, but can still be picked up.
This product is suitable for almost every type of rug or mat and can be used on virtually any type of surface, including stone (provided its not porous), laminate, wood floors, etc.
The surface to be treated must be clean and dry. Spray the underside of the rug or mat liberally and evenly and leave it to air dry for at least two hours.
Turn the rug or mat over when HG anti-slip for rugs, carpet strips and mats is completely dry.
HG anti-slip for rugs, carpet strips and mats can be washed off with a main-cycle detergent at 40 – 60 ºC. 500ml
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Takes a very long time to dry. I sprayed this on some surfaces like the top of plastic stools and work table tops to make it more 'gripper' / not slippery and indeed it does make the surfaces very tacky to the touch, almost like a adhesive backing of a 3M Post-It pad. HOWEVER, this product takes a very long time to dry and you MUST spray a very thin layer of it on what you intend to treat. It took well over a week to properly dry on those surfaces I mentioned. When it is not dry, it will come off and stick to whatever (like your hands) that makes contact with the treated surface. It can be scrubbed off with detergent. Perhaps the rainy weather is partly to blame but I don't think I can recommend this product based on this shortcoming.
